Director of the Centre for Futures Studies at the University of Dubai

HE Dr Saeed Khalfan Al Dhaheri is a renowned Emirati technology leader with over 30 years of experience in digital transformation in the UAE's public and private sectors.

Currently, he is the Director of the Dubai Centre for Futures Studies at the University of Dubai, President of the Robotics and Automation Society in the UAE, and a Visiting Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford. He is also a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Futures Councils.

Holding a PhD in Innovation Management from the Netherlands, Dr Mohamed Kholief works as a visiting professor at a number of universities, and he is the CEO of Advanced Knowledge Solutions, a company specialises in digital transformation solutions and consultancy.

He has 20 years of experience in leading teams, consulting, training, and strategic thinking in the field of digital transformation and innovation.

As a member of the Communications and Information Technology Research Council of the Academy of Scientific Research & Technology, and rapporteur of the Culture and Digital Infrastructure Committee of the Supreme Council for Culture, Dr Mohamed Kholief contributes to the design of digital transformation policies and studying important files that represent national priorities in the fields of technology.

He currently leads a number of companies' innovation programmes, to increase their efficiency in artificial intelligence, digitization, and digital service exportation. He has also contributed to the development of Egypt's and the Arab region's innovation and digital transformation ecosystems.
